+ Request of the necessary information for the KRICT R&D Forum speakers
+
+I Hope you are well. 
+
+I would like to request some information which is necessary for organizing the KRICT R&D Forum.
+First of all, you can check the preliminary program in the link https://gitlab.chemdx.org/global-network/krict-forum-2024/-/wikis/home.
+The talk is arranged as 30+5min from 9:30 to 17:20.
+
+In order to make our flyer more solid and prepare some paper works, it would be great to send us the following information as soon as it is prepared.
+
+1. title and abstract of your talk 
+2. CV, Proof of the bank account, flight e-ticket and its receipt
+3. Please tell me whether you will join for 1) lunch or 2) dinner during the forum. 3) if yes, please let us know if you have any dietary preferences or allergic issues.
+4. Please send us the presentation file of your talk after the event for reimbursement process, taking out some confidential info from the slides.
+
+As the title and abstract are currently on the highest priority, please send it to us by this week. Please note that those are adjustable to a reasonable degree before the forum.
